Tico Tropical Salad

In the tropical Nicoya Peninsula, locals have year-round access to fresh fruits and vegetables, which might explain some of their extraordinary longevity. Indeed, tropical fruits offer more heart-healthy potassium and folate than the more common citrus fruits do. This sweet and exotic mix will provide you with a daily dose of phytonutrients and fiber.
